- 1 medium lemon (s)
- 150 g quark
- 3 tablespoon yogurt
- 200 ml buttermilk, natural
- Stevia or sugar
- 3 drops lemon flavor

- Mix the quark, yoghurt and buttermilk together. Squeeze the lemon and rub the zest of the lemon into the mass, then add a few drops of lemon flavor. Sweeten with sugar or stevia as desired and cool the quark before serving.
