Ingredients
- 1 can tomato (s), peeled (800g)
- 1 kg carrot (s), peeled
- 3 large potatoes, peeled
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 handful herbs, fresh
- salt and pepper

- Cover the carrots and potatoes with salted water and cook until soft. Put 2/3 of the cooking water, the tomatoes, the herbs, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar in a tall container and puree. Already done and delicious.
- Tastes even better the next day and even very good cold. The right thing for hot days!
