Ingredients
- 400 g mozzarella
- 1 kg melon (s) (water)
- 3 nectarine (s)
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch mint
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 tablespoon olive oil, very good

- Clean the lettuce and cut or pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the melon and mozzarella into cubes and the nectarines into wedges. Roughly pluck the mint. Mix the dressing ingredients into a vinaigrette and pour over the salad, mix and serve immediately.
- The salad tastes wonderfully fresh thanks to the mint, add a piece of baguette and the light summer dish is ready.
