Ingredients

  • 1 small melon (s), e.g. cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 200 g Parma ham or other fine raw ham
  • 50 g parmesan in one piece
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the melon and cut into slices. Slice the parmesan with the peeler.
  2. Beat the lemon juice with the olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Line the portion plate with the raw ham, spread the melon and parmesan on top and drizzle the sauce over the whole thing. Sprinkle again with pepper and serve immediately.
  4. Serve with the baguette or ciabatta.
