Ingredients

  • 12 piece (s) ladyfingers (more depending on the serving shape)
  • 125 ml cream - substitute (cream fine), normal cream is also possible
  • 500 g quark, lean level
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • sweetener
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 25 g couverture, dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream fine with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in the quark, add the sweetener and lemon to taste.
  2. Drain the tangerine juice from the can and set aside, fold the tangerines into the quark. Line a serving dish with the ladyfingers and drizzle with a little tangerine juice. Spread the tangerine quark mixture on top.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate couverture either in the microwave (caution: not too long and with a low wattage!) Or in a water bath. The couverture is used as a tiramisu decoration. For this, put some liquid chocolate on a teaspoon, hold it diagonally over the tiramisu until the chocolate flows down and then make a pattern according to your imagination.
  4. The tiramisu should sit for at least 3 hours, but it is better to put it in the fridge overnight!
