Ingredients

  • 1 kg wheat flour (type 050)
  • 600 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 cubes yeast
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g pumpkin seeds
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients (easiest in the food processor). It is not necessary to make a pre-dough! Let the dough rise for about 1/2 hour, meanwhile preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Grease 2 loaf tins or line them with baking foil. Pour half of the bread dough into the mold and bake for 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil after 30 minutes so that the bread does not get too dark. Remove from the tin after baking and let cool on the wire rack.
