Ingredients

  • 12 medium potato (s)
  • 375 ml sweet cream
  • 1 pack cream cheese with herbs (200 g pack)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 1 tablespoon spice mixture, (Maggi No. 6, pizza / pasta spice)
  • 200 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler or Gouda)
  • 12 slices ham, raw

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in their skins and peel them. Wrap each potato with a slice of ham and place in a baking dish. The cream with Philadelphia, creme fraiche and the Maggi No. Mix 6 carefully and pour over the wrapped potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees) and bake the dish for 20 minutes.
  3. Please only use normal raw ham, if you take bacon it will be too fatty.
