  • 100 g butter

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Apricot (s), fresh or peaches, or canned

Instructions

  1. Stir the butter until foamy and gradually add sugar, eggs and salt. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into a round 26-28 mm spring form. Spread the apricots or peaches on top with the curve facing up. Bake at about 180 ° C for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  2. With fresh apricots, lightly add sugar to the fruit before baking, as they will be slightly sour.
