Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s)
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 orange (s)
  • 700 ml apple juice or coconut water
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • honey or apple sweetness

Instructions

  1. First peel the mango and the banana and cut them into pieces. Then squeeze the oranges.
  2. Now put the mango, half a banana, half of the orange juice, a pinch of vanilla and 350 ml apple juice or coconut water in the blender and puree finely. Pour the mango smoothie into a measuring cup or something similar and set aside.
  3. Now puree the raspberries (frozen or fresh), the other half of the banana and orange juice, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of honey or apple sweetness (you can also leave out) and 350 ml of apple juice or coconut water in a blender.
  4. Now divide the raspberry smoothie into two glasses and then slowly pour the mango smoothie on top. So that the whole thing doesn`t mix right away, hold the glass a little at an angle and let the mango smoothie run into the edge of the glass. Decorate with some fruit and a straw and enjoy.
