Ingredients
For the dough:
- 275 grams sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 bag ½ (s) baking powder
- 450 g wheat flour
- 125 g butter
For decoration:
- 100 g suar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

- Knead all the dough ingredients thoroughly and chill the dough for an hour. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Form approx. 10 cm long, finger-thick rolls from the cold dough and roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Shape into an S or a crescent moon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 7 minutes until the cookies turn lightly brown.
- Makes approx. 50 - 60 pieces.
