Canape Snake

Canapes are a convenient portioned snack. And there are a great many options, it all depends on your desire and products of course 🙂 My festive option, on the eve of the New Year. Here’s a Snake I got 🙂

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Salmon slicing – 150 g
  • Bun – 2 pcs.
  • Sandwich margarine – 50-70 g
  • Pitted olives – 100 g
  • Green onions – to taste
  • Dill – to taste
  • Fresh cucumber – 1-2 pcs.
  • Skewers – how much will it take

Directions

  1. Cut into buns. Wash greens and cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into slices.
  2. Make the head of a snake from the tip of the bun.
  3. Put a hood on a toothpick and insert eyes. You can use, for example, pomegranate seeds. Carrot tongue.
  4. Spread butter on the bun. Put a bun, a slice of salmon, a circle of fresh cucumber, an olive on a skewer.
  5. Put on a plate in the form of a snake, garnish with herbs. You can serve.
