Canape with Pineapple

A quick buffet snack – canapes with pineapple, banana, and cheese. This combination of ingredients complements rye malt bread. And making such canapes is a pleasure! Simple, fast, and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Rye bread – 2-3 slices
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese (Dutch) – 70 g
  • Canned pineapple – 4 rings
  • Lemon (juice) – 1 slice

Directions

  1. Prepare all required ingredients.
  2. Cut the cheese into squares with a side of about 1.5 cm and a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
  3. Cut the rings of canned pineapple into 4 pieces each.
  4. Dry the slices of rye bread in a dry frying pan or toaster and cut into squares with a side of about 1.5 cm.
  5. Cut the banana into slices and pour over the lemon juice. I do not peel off the peel right away so that the bananas do not darken.
  6. On a skewer, alternately string a piece of pineapple, a square of cheese, a slice of banana, and a square of bread. Cut the banana peel and carefully remove it.
  7. Fruit and cheese canapes are ready to serve.
