Ingredients

  • 1 can lentils with soup greens
  • 1 slice (s) beef, about 50 g
  • 2 potato (s), predominantly waxy
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped broth, grained
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, clean the carrot and also cut into small pieces. Dice the jerky meat.
  2. Leave out the jerky meat until it is slightly crispy, add the contents of the can of lentils.
  3. Add the potato and carrot pieces and simmer until the potatoes and carrots are nice and firm to the bite, not too soft. Add vinegar, sugar, granulated broth and mustard to taste.
  4. Tastes good with cracked sausage or beef sausage, the sausage is best warmed in a stew.
