Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, e.. penne
- 1 packet creamed spinach, frozen
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some parmesan

- Thaw the frozen creamed spinach (I usually put it out in the morning, then it is thawed by noon).
- Finely dice the onion and sauté in the oil. Press the garlic clove through and sweat it just as briefly, then add the creamed spinach. You can also put it in the pot when it is frozen, then you have to stick with it and stir diligently so that nothing burns. Add the sour cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (be more careful if the children are eating too).
- Boil the pasta and serve with the sauce, if you like, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top.
- You can also put the pasta and spinach mixture in a baking dish and bake it with a little more cheese.
- Goes super fast and is a change from the eternal tomato sauce for noodle-crazy children.
