- 4 large carrot (s)
- 2 large apples
- 1 orange (s) or lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil or sunflower oil)

- Peel the carrots and apples, grate them finely and place in a bowl. Squeeze the orange or lemon and add the juice to the bowl. Mix everything with honey and oil and refrigerate.
