Ingredients

  • 700 ml milk
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 1 pack custard powder (chocolate)
  • 80 g suar
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 35 biscuit (s), approx., Of your choice

Instructions

  1. Pour 300 ml milk into each of 2 pots. Put 35-40 g sugar (depending on how sweet you like it, less) in each pot and add a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil briefly.
  2. Pour 50 ml of milk into two small bowls. Mix once with vanilla pudding powder and vanilla sugar and once with chocolate pudding powder.
  3. As soon as the milk boils, add the vanilla pudding milk to one pot and the chocolate pudding milk to the other. Stir vigorously so that nothing burns.
  4. If you don`t want to do that at the same time, you can do it all gradually. So nothing burns or boils over.
  5. Now take a smaller baking dish and put cookies in it first, the other way around I wouldn`t necessarily recommend it because otherwise you won`t get the pudding. Pour approx. 1/3 of the chocolate pudding over it and smooth it out. Now put the biscuits on the pudding again.
  6. Now pour about 1/3 of the vanilla pudding over it and smooth it out. Put the biscuits on the pudding again.
  7. Pour 1/3 of the chocolate pudding over it again. Put cookies on top again.
  8. Now pour 1/3 of the vanilla pudding mixture over it, smooth it out and distribute the last biscuits on the mixture.
  9. Alternately or in dots, pour chocolate and vanilla pudding over it - marbling a little if necessary.
  10. Put the mold in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours. Preferably overnight, then the pudding pulls through nicely.
  11. Something completely different and a nice party idea, also for children.
  12. With the biscuits you can actually take whatever you want, butter biscuits would be best, but sponge fingers are also very tasty.
  13. Homemade shortcrust biscuits are of course also very tasty and can be used.
  14. You can also vary the layers, I have a relatively small baking dish and never put much on it.
  15. You can also only use chocolate pudding or just vanilla pudding.
  16. If you want it to be nice and colorful, you can also use strawberry pudding.
