- 2 Table spoons milk
- 200 g flour
- 5 egg (s)
- 2 sweet potato (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 200 g sour cream
- Herbs, e.g., thyme, basil, chives
- salt and pepper
- 1 roll (s) goat cream cheese, 200 g

- Put the butter with 1 egg, flour, milk and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl and knead into a dough. Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small cubes and cook them almost cooked in salted water. Pour off the water. Chop the onion and mix with the sweet potatoes.
- In another bowl, stir the sour cream with 4 eggs until smooth and season with herbs (variable, depending on your taste), pepper and plenty of salt.
- Press the dough into a quiche or springform pan so that the entire base is evenly covered and the edge is approx. 4 cm high. Place the sweet potatoes and onions on the batter. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces and spread on top.
- Finally, pour the sour cream and egg mixture over the contents of the mold. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
