  • 2 tablespoon, leveled peanut cream, no peanut butter
  • 1 sweet potato (s), (organic)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • possibly cinnamon
  • possibly salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and cut the sweet potato in half. Brush the cut halves with 1 tablespoon of olive oil each and season with salt. Wrap the individual halves in aluminum foil.
  2. This is then placed in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. After the last few minutes, carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and brush each with 1 tablespoon of peanut cream. That is then put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  3. Then just see if the potatoes are done, unpack and enjoy when they have cooled. Perfect with cinnamon on top of the peanut cream!
