Mix egg, flour, milk and sugar into a smooth mixture (works well without a mixer). Halve the strawberries, cut into slices and add.
Fry the finished dough in a pan with a little fat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the strawberry pancakes with powdered sugar, decorate with the ice cream and serve hot.
