Sweets “Soufflé in Chocolate”

How to make chocolate soufflé – delicious, tender, light, fat-free homemade candy. They are not difficult to prepare, only from natural products, without E-additives, and also budget. Treat yourself and your children!

Ingredients

  • Berries (berry puree) – 70 g
  • Water – 40 ml
  • Honey – 50 g
  • Sugar – 240 g
  • Gelatin – 17 g
  • Egg whites – 3 pcs. (100 g)
  • Chocolate – 100 g

Directions

  1. We prepare products for homemade sweets “Soufflé in chocolate”.
    Soak the gelatin in a little water.
  2. We make mashed potatoes from berries (raspberries, etc.).
  3. Add water, honey, sugar to the berry puree.
  4. Bring to a boil, then to 114 degrees.
  5. Beat the egg whites into a foam.
  6. We introduce the boiling berry mixture into whipping whites, melted gelatin too. Beat for another 10 minutes, until cool.
  7. We shift the berry soufflé into a mold, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  8. Melt the chocolate.
  9. Cut the frozen soufflé into cubes. We glaze them in melted chocolate. Let’s freeze.
  10. Homemade sweets “Soufflé in chocolate” are ready.
