Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 large can (s) pineapple pieces, drained, catch the juice
  • 5 ladyfingers
  • 3 tablespoon blue curacao
  • 3 tablespoon pineapple juice from the can
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the ladyfingers and place in a bowl or casserole dish.
  2. Mix the quark, the pineapple pieces, the pineapple juice from the can, blue curacao and sugar until it is nice and creamy. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark mixture, stir a little.
  3. Now distribute the whole mixture on the ladyfingers. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
