  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Wash the mint and parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Beat lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper with the olive oil and mix with the herbs into the potatoes.
