Ingredients

  • 5 medium potato (s), waxy
  • 2 spring onion (s), spring onion
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 2 radishes
  • 100 g cheese, white
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 3 stalk / s basil, the leaves
  • 1 dash vinegar, diluted elderflower
  • 1 dash oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First boil the potatoes into jacket potatoes and peel them. Cut the peeled jacket potatoes into thin slices and place in a bowl.
  2. Chop the spring onions and cut the radishes into small cubes. If possible, dice the tomatoes and add everything to the bowl.
  3. Cut the soft cheese (cow`s milk cheese) into small cubes and also add to the bowl.
  4. Now add salt, pepper and oil one after the other, and dilute the small dash of vinegar with warm water. Finally, fold in the sour cream and the finely chopped basil. Garnish with basil.
