Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed or chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or, if chicken, fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 large bell pepper (s), green, diced into small pieces
  • 2 tomato (s), finely diced
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 200 g Emmentaler, rated
  • 1 can corn
  • 50 g butter
  • 400 ml flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat in oil with the seasoning mixture (according to package instructions).
  2. Mix the crème fraîche and mayonnaise (not a must, also works fine without it) with paprika, tomatoes and corn.
  3. Put butter, flour, milk and baking powder in a bowl and knead into a dough using the dough hook of the hand mixer. Put the dough in a greased pie tin (or in an emergency, if there is no pie tin available, in a large springform pan or cake base tin), spread evenly and pull up one edge.
  4. Place the meat on the dough, then the vegetable-creme fraiche mixture, then the onions. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake the pie at 250 ° (fan oven 200 °) for 10-15 minutes on the middle rack.
  5. Tastes super delicious, is a nice dinner with a salad, there is enough for 4 people or a party bringer, there is enough for more people, because you then cut smaller pieces and there is something else to eat.
