Ingredients
- 500 g round beef
- salt and pepper
- Seasoning (s), as desired, e.g. cayenne pepper
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 200 ml sauce, (yoghurt)
- 200 ml barbecue sauce
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- Vegetables, diced as desired

- Sear the minced meat in a pan and season to taste, typically hot.
- Carefully loosen individual lettuce leaves so that they stay whole, then wash and dry them. Drain the corn and beans and rinse briefly. Dice the tomatoes.
- Fill the lettuce leaves with all the ingredients as desired, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
