Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth (finely chopped)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain.
  2. Bring the cream to the boil, then reduce the heat. Add all ingredients one after the other to the cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with grated nutmeg, pepper and salt.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ribbon noodles. Sprinkle some parmesan on top, depending on your taste.
