Ingredients
- 3 stalks herbs (cola herb)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 200 ml boiling water
- 200 ml ginger ale
- 400 ml mineral water

- Pluck the cola cabbage leaves from the stem and place in a heat-resistant bowl or saucepan. Pour the honey and the boiling water over it. Let this broth cool for 1 hour.
- Pass the liquid through a sieve and collect it. Add ginger ale and approx. 300 - 400 ml mineral water.
