Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 400 g flour
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml oil
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 pack bacon cubes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder, add salt to taste. I always add a very good pinch. Then stir in the quark and mix with the milk and oil to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Pre-bake the dough for about 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion into strips. I season the crème fraîche with a little pepper and paprika - but it`s a matter of taste.
  3. Take the base out of the oven, spread the crème fraîche on top and cover with bacon and onions. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the cheese on top.
