Ingredients

  • 1 port. Pizza dough, for baking sheet
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 100 g cheese, Spanish, made from sheep`s milk
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 20 olives, black
  • 150 g paprika sausae (chorizo)
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the olives, onions and chorizo into fine strips.
  2. Grate the cheese and place in a bowl with sour cream and creme fraiche and squeeze in the garlic. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika powder.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough thinly on the baking sheet.
  4. Spread the creme fraiche mixture evenly on the dough. Then put the olive, onion and chorizo strips on top.
  5. Bake the tarte flambée in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 25 - 30 minutes.
