  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 4 tablespoon oil

  • 250 g diced ham
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with flour, water, salt and oil, shape into a ball and briefly put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Dice the leek. Mix the crème fraîche and cream, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough very thinly on the baking sheet and then spread everything on top.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and then bake the tarte flambée at 200 ° C for 12 minutes.
