Ingredients

  • 300 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s)
  • 2 leeks
  • 200 g salmon, smoked
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, yeast, water, salt and oil into a dough and let rise for 30 minutes. Then roll out and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the sour cream with cheese, nutmeg, pepper and the juice of half a lime and distribute on the dough. Cut the leek into rings and blanch, then add to the cheese and sour cream mixture. Finally, spread the salmon in strips on the baking tray. Bake at 230 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
