Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried or fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 400 g douh (yeast douh), homemade or from the coolin shelf
  • flour for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees (fan oven 200 degrees). Wash and clean the spring onions and cut diagonally into rings. Mix the sour cream and thyme together. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the tuna and tear it apart with a fork.
  2. Roll out the dough (either on a baking sheet or in round pizza crusts for a baking stone). Spread the sour cream thinly on top, sprinkle with spring onions and tuna and bake the cake for about 10 minutes.
