Tartlets with Red Fish

Delicious tartlets with red fish and cottage cheese will become a real decoration of the festive table. They are so easy and quick to prepare that you can serve the appetizer in just a few minutes.

Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • Tartlets (small) – 12-14 pcs.
  • Lightly salted red fish – 150 g
  • Cottage cheese – 150 g
  • Quail eggs – 6-7 pcs.
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 2 pinches
  • Fresh greens – for decoration

How to make red fish tartlets:

Directions

  1. Boil quail eggs hard-boiled (4-5 minutes after boiling), cool in cold water, and peel.
  2. Slice each boiled quail egg in half lengthwise.
  3. Put cottage cheese (any fat content) in a bowl, add lemon juice, lightly pepper. Mix gently.
  4. Fill the tartlets with the curd filling.
  5. Cut the red fish into thin strips.
  6. Gently line the fish strips around the edges of the tartlets so that the curd filling is in the ring.
  7. Put the halves of the eggs on the curd. Decorate tartlets with red fish, cottage cheese, and eggs with fresh herbs and serve to the festive table.
