Tequila Sunrise Jam
Tequila Sunrise Jam

Instructions

  1. Put the orange juice with 100 ml tequila and the preserving sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes or according to the instructions on the package. Then add the rest of the tequila.
  2. In the meantime, pour approx. 1/2 cm of the grenadine syrup into prepared glasses.
  3. After a successful jelly test, the jam can be carefully poured into the jars in such a way that the grenadine syrup is not whirled up completely, but only bonds a little with the jam. The best way to do this is to let the jam run over the back of a spoon into the glass when pouring it.
  4. DO NOT turn the jars upside down after closing, otherwise all the effort with carefully filling them was in vain.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
