Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • Chilli powder
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 0.5 liter ½ meat broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion. Then fry in hot oil in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry it until crumbly.
  2. Season everything with chili powder, salt and pepper. Add the meat stock, chilli peppers and tomatoes to the meat in the pan and simmer over a mild heat for about 1 hour.
  3. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the beans and corn and warm them up.
  4. Serve hot.
