Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 300 g carrot (s)
  • 1 can kidney beans (425ml)
  • 1 can tomato (s), (850 ml)
  • 50 g cheese, Gouda
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • Chilli pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and quarter them if necessary. Cook in salted water for 15 minutes, drain.
  2. Dice carrots, small! Dice the onion. Core and dice the chilli pepper. Drain the beans.
  3. Heat the oil. Sear the onions and carrots in it and add the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Fry well for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the beans, potatoes, tomatoes and chilli pepper. After a few minutes, crumble the tomatoes and let simmer for a good 5 minutes. Season to taste and put in a baking dish.
  5. Rub the cheese directly on the casserole and bake at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and chili peppers.
  7. Creme fraiche is served separately. This casserole is cheap and great to prepare for any party. Just double the ingredients.
