Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ onion (s), chopped
  • 0.5 ½ hot peppers, diced
  • 200 g potato (s), peeled, rated
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), peeled, chopped
  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 2 dl vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Briefly sauté the onion and peppers in a little oil. Add the potatoes and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes.
  2. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are almost cooked. Then add the beans and corn and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt, paprika and pepper.
  3. This goes well with fresh baguette or simply some grated cheese on top of it, which is very tasty.
