Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 kg red pepper (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s), (finely chopped)
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 can tomato (s), (pizza tomato)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 200 g cheese, rated for ratinatin
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • Chilli powder, or a mixture chilli and spices

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the peppers and cut into 2 cm pieces. Heat the oil in the pan and stew the pepper pieces over low heat. Then drain and place in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the minced meat and onions in a saucepan with oil. Add kidney beans and tomato sauce and season with the specified spices, depending on your taste. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Finally, put the chilli on the pepper pieces, mix well and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake at 200 ° (hot air 180 °) for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
  5. Because of the peppers, the casserole will be a little more liquid in the oven.
