Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt, cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 can kidney beans, (425 ml)
  • 1 can beans, baked (425 ml)
  • 200 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 250 g chips (tortilla), seasoned
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Fry the minced meat with the onion in oil until crumbly. Add the baked beans with their liquid, drained kidney beans and tomatoes to the minced meat. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Put the chips in a baking dish and spread the mince on top. Place the cheese and crème fraîche on top.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
