Ingredients

  • 1 jar beans, (wax beans), drained weight 360 g
  • 1 medium cucumber (s), approx. 350-400 g
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh or dried
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the wax beans and drain well, transfer to a large bowl. Chop the spring onions, peel and finely slice the cucumber, add to the wax beans. Season to taste with dill, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Add the crème fraîche and mix everything.
