Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread, (heather bread), fresh
  • some butter
  • 4 slices salami, (baguette salami)
  • 4 slices cheese, (sliced cheese)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • some fat, for frying
  • some spice mixture, (snack spice)
  • some chives, in rolls
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 small cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. Quarter or slice tomatoes. Cut the cucumber into slices and cut them in half. Brush slices of heather bread with a little butter and top with sliced cheese and salami slices.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan, fry the eggs as fried eggs and pour over the topped slices of bread. Arrange on plates, garnish with the tomato quarters and halved cucumber slices and sprinkle with a little snack spice and a few chives.
