  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can tomato (s), 425ml pizza
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 kg roast pork (ham or neck roast)
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions, sauté in the hot oil. Dust the flour over it and sauté briefly. Deglaze with canned tomatoes. Stir in the cream. Season with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Wash the meat and cut into thick slices. Then place in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it and cover with aluminum foil. Stew for 2-2.5 hours at 175 ° C (convection 150 ° C).
