- 12 tablespoon tomato paste
- 12 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 200 g suar
- 1 teaspoon chilli pepper (s), dried, crumbled
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon chives, cut into rolls

- Bring the tomato paste, sugar, vinegar and chilli to the boil in a saucepan - while stirring!
- Let it cool down and season with salt and pepper and then add the chives.
