Ingredients
- 1 can tomato pulp
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 cl gin
- 1 half lemon
- 1 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- salt

- Sauté the tomato paste with rosemary sprigs and pepper in olive oil in a pan. Deglaze with gin and let the alcohol boil off briefly. Put the tomato pulp in the pan, bring to the boil briefly and add the lemon juice. Season with sugar and salt and let the savory dip steep until serving.
