  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • 4 large tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil, e.g. Sweat the onions

  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth

  • some black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into small cubes. Finely crumble the rusks.
  2. Chop the parsley into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.
  3. Preheat the oven at 200 ° with the grill switched on (level 2).
  4. Steam the onions and garlic in plenty of olive oil until translucent. Add the rusk crumbs and chopped parsley. Season a little with salt and pepper.
  5. Layer the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately in flat ovenproof dishes. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread onion and crumbs mixture on top.
  6. Gratinate in a preheated oven (or combination microwave) at 200 ° (with the grill switched on) for about 10-15 minutes.
