Ingredients

  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable stock
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • some sweet cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • possibly cornstarch or sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the fennel into strips. Stew in a little water with butter and broth almost cooked. Add the tomato sauce, crème fraîche and cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Thicken a little with cornstarch or a sauce thickener, if desired.
