Ingredients
- 1 liter tomato juice
- 1 vegetable onion (s), finely diced
- 4 clove (s) garlic, finely diced
- 1 dl white wine
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Chilli powder
- Croutons, garlic or (herb) créme fraiche

- Let the onions and garlic in oil become translucent, add the wine and tomato juice. Simmer for half an hour, season with salt, pepper and chilli and add the honey.
- Mix briefly with the magic wand and serve with garlic croutons and / or (herb) créme fraiche.
