Baked Cauliflower in Tomato-Honey Sauce

According to this recipe, cauliflower is first baked in milk sauce with paprika and garlic, and then additionally poured with tomato-honey sauce and sent to the oven for a few more minutes. Baked cauliflower in tomato-honey sauce turns out to be very spicy and unusual, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower (small) – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 65 g
  • Milk – 65 ml
  • Spicy tomato sauce – 30 g
  • Liquid honey – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 190 degrees.
  2. Put flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Then pour milk into the flour with spices.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Wash the cabbage, divide into inflorescences, put in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the cooked milk sauce with garlic and paprika over the cabbage. Bake the cauliflower in the milk sauce in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Then remove the form with cabbage from the oven.
  8. In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, honey, and vegetable oil.
  9. Spread the tomato-honey sauce over the entire surface of the baked cabbage.
  10. Bake the cauliflower in a tomato-honey sauce at 190 degrees for another 10 minutes.
