Ingredients
- 100 g tortellini (5.2 P)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 slice ham, cooked ( P)
- 2 tablespoon sour cream, 10% fat (1 P)
- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup (free amount, 0 P)
- Herbs (parsley, chives) as desired
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cook tortellini; Chop the bell pepper, spring onion and ham into small pieces; Finely chop herbs; Mix sour cream with ketchup and season with spices. Mix all ingredients with the sauce and let it steep for about 1/2 hour.
