Ingredients
- 500 g noodles (croissant noodles, preferably whole rain)
- Water (salt water)
- 150 g corn
- 6 pickled cucumber (s)
- 5 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow or red
- 2 sausages (crackers) or ham
- 250 g yourt (1% fat)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, low-fat
- 4 tablespoon herbs (chives, 8 herb mixture)
- salt and pepper

- Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente and then let them cool down well. Chop crackers, bell peppers, cucumber and eggs and mix everything well.
- First mix the yogurt, cream cheese, mayonnaise and the spices well and then mix with the other ingredients. I mostly serve it on lettuce and tomatoes. Bread goes well with it.
